Credentialing is a crucial tool for high school graduates navigating the job market, a fact that Libbyada White likes to stress to her students.

The Lanier High Business Technology Applications teacher was therefore thrilled that 113 Lanier High students have successfully completed the requirements to be recognized as Microsoft Office Specialists.

White is shown here holding the certificates for the 18 seniors who are graduating with Microsoft Office Specialist certifications and pointing to the jobs and salaries available for people with these credentials.

One Lanier senior, Chyna Rowell, will walk the stage with four certifications: Word, Word Expert, PowerPoint and Excel.
