Reporting Concerns

Montgomery Public School employees make every effort to serve their
stakeholders courteously and efficiently, while acting in accordance
with district policies and state and federal laws. Individuals dissatisfied
with the service provided by MPS may bring a complaint to the
attention of the appropriate faculty, staff, or administrator at any time
(Policy KN in MPS Handbook). If after trying to resolve an issue, a
person does not have a resolution to the issue, they may begin the
informal process by contacting the supervisor of the appropriate
department. If after contacting that department supervisor and there is
still no resolution, they may begin the formal process by submitting a
SERVICE COMPLAINT FORM to the Ombudsman’s office. Please do NOT
use this form for complaints of misconduct of an employee,
harassment or discrimination (these complaints should be reported to
Human Resources immediately). If you wish to file a formal complaint,
please complete the form in its entirety.
