For the second year in a row, our talented students from Percy Julian High School had the incredible opportunity to visit the Capitol and participate in setting up the SSVA Exhibition. This hands-on experience allowed them to play a key role in displaying artwork and showcasing the creativity of Alabama's students.

A special thank you to Mr. Andy Meadows, Art Education Specialist for the Alabama Department of Education, for hosting and guiding our students throughout the process. His expertise and leadership ensured that the setup went smoothly, giving students a unique learning experience.

This year, our students took down the secondary exhibit that had been on display throughout February and carefully set up the elementary exhibit, which will be open to the public from March 7-28. We are incredibly proud of their hard work, dedication, and the pride they took in contributing to such an important event. Their efforts are a shining example of the talent and commitment within our school community.

We can’t wait to see what next year’s exhibit will bring!
