Seniors Rhea Rastogi and Irene Park were recently named as finalists in the Alabama Gorgas Scholarship competition for high school seniors. This opportunity is given to students who have completed scientific research projects. Rhea Rastogi was also named a Top 40 Scholar in the Regeneron Science Talent Search which is a prestigious national science and math competition for high school seniors. In being named a Top 40 Regeneron Scholar, Rhea earned a cash prize for both herself and for her school to use towards STEM initiatives.
