The Montgomery County Board of Education (MCBOE) has announced the two finalists for the 2025 Superintendent position following the completion of the second interview process with three outstanding candidates. The following candidates will move forward in the 2025 MPS Superintendent Search.
Dr. Harold Wright â Deputy Superintendent of Achievement and Leadership, Fort Worth Independent School District, TX
Dr. Zickeyous Byrd â Former Superintendent, Selma City Public Schools, AL
The MCBOE Board will proceed with the next round of interviews on Monday, March 24, and Tuesday, March 25, at the Montgomery Public Schools Leadership Center.
